Residential and Commercial Development in San Miguel Bulacan comprising 3,500 apartment units in a security managed gated community and 100 commercial units to serve the needs of the residents and surrounding communities.

ADB and SERVEBANK will manage the commercial units comprising cafes, clinics, convenience stores, day-care centers, food courts, laundromats, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and many more. These commercial units are expected to generate annual revenues of between $20m to $60m. ADB is also expected to gain from the increase in the market value of the residential and commercial units owned by the ADB. The value of these units is expected to be between $60m to $100m
